Karen McNally and Damian McCrink are the Partners in Luke Curran & Co, and between them provide almost 30 year of legal advice to clients. Simon & Margaret Casey joined the team in 2024 to expand the business and have played an integral part in delivering a first class service.
Graduated from Queen’s University Belfast in 1994 and qualified as a Solicitor from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in 1996. She is dual qualified in the Republic of Ireland. Karen is responsible for General Legal Practice and specialises in High Court Catastrophic Personal Injury Litigation, Probate and Property.
Graduated from Queen’s University Belfast in 2003 and qualified as a Solicitor from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in 2005. He is dual qualified in the Republic of Ireland. Damian is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners. He specialises in Commercial Property, Contentious Probate Litigation and Estate Planning.
Graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 1976 and qualified as a Solicitor from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in Queen’s University Belfast in 1982. Simon’s extensive experience over 38 years includes the areas of Probate, Property and Litigation.
Graduated from Queen’s University Belfast in 1982 and qualified as a Solicitor fin 1984.
She has served as the representative for the Department of Education on two Boards of Governors and has been appointed as a Controller by the Office of Care and Protection RCJ in Patient cases. She has also trained and acted as a Mentor in the law Society’s Women in Law Programme.
Margaret specialises in Matrimonial law with particular interest in Divorce and Ancillary Relief matters.
Graduated from Ulster University in 2018 and qualified as a Solicitor from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in 2022. Paul is responsible for General Legal Practice and specialises in Matrimonial matters, Personal Injury Litigation, Probate and Property.
