Motor Insurers Bureau MIB Compensate Victim of Untraced Driver for personal injury suffered after originally disputing liability on the grounds that it had not been shown that the loss was incurred by an untraced driver.  Our client instructed us to pursue compensation for his injuries which required emergency medical treatment, transport to hospital by ambulance and a surgical procedure after a road traffic accident caused by an untraced driver.  Despite witness evidence from passengers in the vehicle to confirm that another driver had approached them on the wrong side of the road the Motor Insurers Bureau MIB denied liability due to inconsistencies in the road traffic collision report RTC from the Police.  Upon review and further investigation Luke Curran & Co. were able to speak to the investigating officer and convince the Motor Insurers Bureau MIB that the RTC report was inaccurate.  MIB admitted liability swiftly thereafter and considered medical evidence for a substantial payment of damages to our satisfied client.

Luke Curran & Co specialise in recovering compensation for injuries suffered in road traffic accidents to include those against untraced or uninsured drivers through MIB.  We can arrange for hire car and private physio when liability is not at issue.
